Minutes of meeting on January 23, 1877

A unanimous vote of thanks was accorded to Mr R Cooke for his past services as chairman of this club and also a unanimous vote that he should continue chairman of this club.

That this club recognising the principal (sic) that the rate payer has a right to representation is of opinion that it is desirable to establish a County Board for Norfolk.

Proposed by Mr B C Silcock, seconded by Mr E Slipper. Carried unanimously.
